About the company:

LearnHill Technologies, a 3-year-old organization incubated at IIT Guwahati, is dedicated to delivering STEM and ECCE education in schools. We are now expanding our product line to the D2C market. One of our key offerings is Curio Bee's Learning Box, a comprehensive educational kit for Nursery to Class 3, featuring over 65 play-way based Teaching Learning Materials (TLMs) and worksheets, specially designed for children aged 3-9 years. We have also collaborated with IIT Guwahati to create an Experiential Science Kit. To date, we have established more than 500 innovation labs in schools and carried out a wide range of STEM projects, including coding, robotics, artificial intelligence, data science, and 3D printing. Our initiatives have reached over 8,000 schools, positively impacting more than 450,000 students.

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer and illustrator to join our team Full-time, focusing on illustrations and graphics for kids' products, and packaging graphics for toys and games. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually compelling, age and market-appropriate graphics, that enhance the appeal and usability of our products and packaging. You will collaborate with product development, marketing, and production teams to ensure that all designs align with brand guidelines and meet the company's strategic goals.

Your Mission:

Create and develop innovative graphic designs for toys and games, packaging, including booklets, labels, and other learning materials.

Design product graphics that communicate the product's value proposition and align with the brand's identity.

Design characters for children's storybooks, games, etc.

Ensure designs are visually appealing, functional, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Develop and maintain a cohesive visual language across all product and packaging graphics.

Prepare and deliver production-ready files with precise specifications for printing and manufacturing.

What are we looking for?

Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Experience: 0-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in product and packaging design.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Strong understanding of colour theory, typography, layout, and character design.

Knowledge about printing processes is a plus.

Ability to translate creative concepts into practical and marketable designs.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
