Job Description

:

We are Looking for a Graphic Designer who will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed key line and die-line drawings for packaging designs. This role requires a strong understanding of technical drawings for packaging materials and print processes. The successful candidate will work closely with the design and production teams to ensure designs meet specifications and are ready for production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create precise key line drawings for packaging designs, including boxes, labels, cartons, etc.

- Collaborate with design, pre-press, and production teams to ensure designs are functional and meet technical requirements

- Modify existing key line drawings to meet client specifications and production guidelines

- Ensure all key line designs are optimized for various printing processes

- Review and troubleshoot technical drawings for accuracy and print feasibility

- Work with a variety of packaging materials and ensure designs meet structural and aesthetic standards

- Maintain consistency and accuracy in all key line and die-line drawings

- Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in packaging design and printing techniques

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the printing or packaging industry

- Expertise in creating key line drawings and die-lines for packaging

- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, CAD programs, or other relevant tools.

- Strong understanding of printing processes and packaging materials

- Excellent attention to detail and precision in technical drawings

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Diploma/ Degree or certification in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in structural packaging design or 3D modeling software

- Knowledge of sustainable packaging materials and eco-friendly design practices

- Familiarity with packaging design standards for various industries.
