Key Responsibilities

:

Design Creation

: Create engaging graphics, layouts, and illustrations for websites, social media, digital ads, print media, packaging, and more.

Branding

: Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across various platforms and materials.

Collaboration

: Work with marketing, content, and product teams to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality visuals.

Creative Ideation

: Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new concepts, campaigns, and promotional materials.

Software Proficiency

: Use design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDraw, etc.

Proofing and Editing

: Ensure designs are error-free and ready for production or publishing, making adjustments based on feedback.

Trend Awareness

: Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and technology to ensure innovative and fresh ideas.

File Management

: Organize and manage design assets, keeping the digital workspace efficient and accessible.

Required Skills and Qualifications

:

Education

: A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience

: 1-3 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio

Skills

:

Proficiency in design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and composition. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines. Ability to adapt designs based on project needs and feedback.

Preferred Skills

:

Knowledge of UI/UX design and web design principles. Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or other web-related tools.
