Job Title: Social Media Graphics Specialist : Position Overview:We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Graphics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in computer graphics applications, possess a creative mindset, and excel in managing social media accounts while staying up-to-date with the latest trends. Responsibilities: Graphic Design: Create eye-catching and engaging graphics, images, and visual content for our social media platforms using computer graphics applications. Ensure all designs align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience. Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and develop visually appealing content for various social media channels, including but not limited to, images, videos, infographics, and GIFs. Trend Analysis: Stay informed about the latest social media trends, design techniques, and emerging platforms. Use this knowledge to enhance our social media presence and ensure our content remains current and relevant. Social Media Management: Take charge of managing and scheduling posts on our social media accounts, ensuring consistency and timeliness. Engage with our audience, respond to comments, and actively participate in conversations. Creative Ideation: Proactively generate creative ideas for social media campaigns, contests, and promotions. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute innovative campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness. Qualifications:

• Proficiency in computer graphics applications such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) or equivalent tools.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling content.
• Experience in managing social media accounts for businesses or organizations, with a proven track record of increasing engagement and follower growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A keen eye for design aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and the ability to use data to optimize content strategy.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and design techniques.
