We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Graphic Designer and Illustrator to bring our brand's vision to life through compelling visuals and illustrations. The ideal candidate will help in creating garment graphics and marketing materials that align with our brand's aesthetic, blending design, craftsmanship, and storytelling. The role involves collaborating with the product team to design unique prints and patterns, creating impactful marketing content, and producing hand-drawn and digital illustrations that reflect our ethos.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Design digital and garment print graphics, including social media assets, e-commerce banners, lookbooks, and promotional materials.
• Create on-brand layouts and typography that align with marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns.

Illustration:

• Develop original hand-drawn and digitally reinterpreted illustrations for marketing and product use.
• Create artwork that aligns with brand storytelling and collection themes.
• Experiment with various artistic styles to keep designs fresh and innovative.

Brand Identity Development:

• Maintain consistency in visual elements across all platforms and materials.
• Assist in evolving and refining the brand's aesthetic in line with current trends and audience preferences.

Content Collaboration:

• Work with the social media team to create visually engaging posts and stories.
• Collaborate on product photoshoots to incorporate graphic elements.
• Assist with product packaging and label designs.

Asset Management:

• Organize and maintain digital design files and illustration archives.
• Ensure all assets are accessible and reusable for future projects.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a graphic designer and illustrator, with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design and illustration software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Procreate).
• Excellent understanding of colour theory, typography, and design principles.
• Ability to balance creative vision with marketing goals.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
