Designation - Graphic DesignerExperience - 01 to 03 yearsPosition Overview - We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and the ability to translate marketing and branding strategies into innovative and impactful designs. You will be responsible for creating a wide range of graphics and layouts, including website graphics, social media visuals, brochures, logos, and other marketing materials.Key Responsibilities -- Design and produce high-quality visual content for digital and print media, including social media graphics, email campaigns, advertisements, brochures, banners, and more.- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project scope and objectives.- Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites.- Maintain consistent brand identity across all design work, ensuring alignment with the company\'s visual style and messaging.- Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and design techniques to continuously improve creative output.- Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.Qualifications -- Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.- Proven 1+ years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of work.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web design principles is a plus.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and defend design decisions.- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.Preferred Skills -- Experience in motion graphics and video editing.- Knowledge of UI/UX design.- Experience working with digital marketing teams.What We Offer -- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunity to work with a dynamic and creative team.- Professional development opportunities.- A supportive and inclusive work environment.
