Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Conceptualize and create high-quality visual designs for various platforms including digital and print media. \xc2\xb7 Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and digital advertisements, holdings. \xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain brand identities and guidelines across all channels. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute campaign concepts. \xc2\xb7 Ensure all designs align with brand standards and guidelines. \xc2\xb7 Work closely with printers and other vendors to ensure quality and consistency in the final deliverables. \xc2\xb7 Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate fresh design ideas into our projects. \xc2\xb7 Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Skills and Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design or a related field. \xc2\xb7 Expert in Videography and editing skills. ( after effects, premier pro) \xc2\xb7 3-4 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). \xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual communication principles. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. \xc2\xb7 Excellent time-management and organizational skills. \xc2\xb7 Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. \xc2\xb7 Experience with web design and UI/UX principles is a plus. \xc2\xb7 Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects. \xc2\xb7 Can able ideate the design concept.
