Should have an idea about creating the Logo design, Brand Design, Banner, Storyboards, Social Media etc.
Have to keep yourself updated with design trends, Techniques and Methods.
You must know what is minimalism, clean & conceptual design.
You must know about emails, packaging, social media ad creative, flyers, mailers, google ads, Sales deck, magazine design)
Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and design tools to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Strong communication and ability to stay on deadline / project coordinate your projects.Important Notes:-

We dont need HTML, CSS, UI/UX Designer or Web Developer so please understand the post correctly.
Were looking for freshers. They must have to go through the Internship period.
Do check the salary criteria Twice because were very precise about it and going to stick to it.
