Job Description
Education: Bachelor s degree in graphic design, visual communication, fine arts, or a related field is typically required Experience: 1-3 Years Responsibilities: Develop creative and visually appealing designs for various media platforms Create graphics that align with brand guidelines and project requirements Develop a strong understanding of target audiences and create designs that resonate with them Create designs that are optimized for digital and print media Work closely with the creative team to ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet project goals Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and deliver designs that meet their needs Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, software, and tools to ensure the team is utilizing the latest technology and best practices Required Skills : Strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field is a plus Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and receive feedback Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines Hands-on familiarity with design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma (or Adobe XD), and other tools are addons Ability to perform tasks and solve problems creatively Experience in creating engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media is a plus
