Your Role:

Lead and Inspire: Be the guiding force of our design team. Mentor and build a talented team, and recruit more if needed.

Team Player: Work closely with different teams to understand their needs and turn their ideas into eye-catching designs.

Design Planning: Create design plans with clear timelines. Oversee projects from start to finish.

Visualize Concepts: Make storyboards and mockups to bring project ideas to life for clients and internal teams.

Choose the Right Design: Pick the best design elements for each project to make sure they look great and consistent.

Project Management: Keep an eye on projects to make sure they stay on budget and on schedule. Adjust as needed based on feedback.

Solve Design Challenges: Tackle tough design and communication problems to make sure our projects are top-notch.

Requirements:

Education: Have a degree in graphic design, fine arts, advertising, or a related field.

Experience: Have 7-12 years of experience in design, including managing or leading teams.

Creativity is Key: Use your creativity and vision to turn ideas into exciting projects.

Design Skills: Be skilled in graphic design and design tools.

Leadership Skills: Show strong leadership, organization, and analytical abilities.

Teamwork: Communicate well and work effectively with others.

Time Management: Manage your time well and handle multiple tasks effectively.

Problem-Solving: Solve design and communication challenges with ingenuity.
