About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design and create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, digital ads, social media posts, email campaigns, and other visual content to promote our real estate properties and services
2. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute design concepts that align with the company\'s branding and messaging
3. Collaborate with other departments within the company to support design needs for their respective projects
4. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a timely manner
5. Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and tools and software used in the design process
6. Maintain the company\'s brand standards and guidelines across all design work
7. Create and edit visual content for our website, social media platforms, and other digital channels
8. Assist in the creation of presentations and proposals for real estate sales and marketing efforts
