Then now is the time to join Quorum Software, a rapidly growing company and industry leader in oil & gas transformation.Job PurposeQuorums Global Marketing Team is hiring a Graphic Design Intern to support our Creative Team in producing captivating visual graphics for various multimedia formats. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in designing advertising, campaigns, website, brochures, tradeshow materials, social media content, and corporate initiatives. The ideal candidate is eager and enthusiastic to learn and grow in the field of graphic design by working alongside Senior Graphic Designers.What You Will Do:

• Assist in creating dynamic visual material across diverse formats including digital, display, interactive/multimedia, tradeshow signage, and print.
• Support in adhering to branding guidelines and directives from management and strategic marketers.
• Aid in the implementation of various campaign materials across email, web, social media, and tradeshow platforms.
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop creative assets, templates, processes, and style standards.
• Assist in managing multiple projects independently within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Contribute to the creation and editing of sales pitch decks, corporate decks, and other presentation materials
• Deliver logos, presentations, and other graphics in support of internal initiatives for the Quorum India office

• And other duties as assigned.

What to Bring:

• Strong interest in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing creativity and potential
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (experience with Video editing a plus)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with other graphic designers and content creators

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in Asana or other project management software is a plus

• Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in India is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position.
