Position Summary (why this position exists):

Create •culture first• artworks that move young customers.

You will be working with our Brand team to create design and communication solutions for our clients. The Brand team at Rasta interacts with clients and articulates their communication challenges.

??The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms. This candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our clients' brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create visually appealing graphics for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design concepts that align with client goals
• Create visually stunning print and digital materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and web graphics
• Develop engaging and shareable content such as infographics, GIFs, and videos to increase user engagement
• Low complexity content creation, reels direction and production

Skills and Qualifications

• Hands on approach to work with serious attention to detail
• Demonstrate flawless commitment, ownership and delivery on past projects
• Good Knowledge of - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD
• After Effects, Premier Pro, Figma or equivalent video editing software will be a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ?9,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
