Candidate who can create visual communications to convey messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner. This incorporates several tasks and responsibilities. Emphasis will be on designing customized PowerPoint presentations, template creation and other marketing materials for multi-million dollar properties.The candidate will work closely with Asia Pacific Pursuits team. He/she must understand the strategy, audience and objectives behind complex design projects, provide appropriate solutions with minimal art direction and work with a variety of team contributors including marketers and various levels of management. Graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, one requires to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. Will need to have the ability to communicate information and data effectively with the use of animations and builds, as well as the ability to create easy to understand charts, graphs, and diagramsWorking with defined templates as well as creating new templates for graphically impressive proposals & presentations, including placement of images, illustrations and text for greatest impactGather all relevant facts for each project and ensure that all deliverables communicate the correct informationWork with Microsoft Word & Powerpoint, formatting, designing existing and new documents for consistency, using embedded styles or making custom styles; work with tables; importing/inserting tables, pictures and graphics from various programsBuild vector maps, charts, graphs and other information graphics utilizing Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign or other appropriate medium, and enhance images or photographs using Adobe PhotoshopShould be able to work on strict turnaround times, have a problem-solving approach, is sharp and aware of the new innovations/ services in the industry.Work with team to develop themes and brainstorm best visual representation of proposals and presentationsTaking full ownership of assigned projects, ensuring quality and timely services and providing ongoing communication to the team lead, as well as initiative to get the project completed to deadlineDesign customized deliverables per team and stakeholder\xe2\x80\x99s needs, including original graphical elements that visually capture a given messageStriving to innovate within brand standard guidelinesDemonstrating real creativity with client branded documents as requestedProofing own work and collaborating with the team to ensure a high degree of accuracy and consistencyLiaise with stakeholders and team members to deliver work that is timely, accurate and on brandOperate as per the defined workflow processes and Standard Operating ProceduresTo apply you need to be:Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in any disciple or graphic design field with a significant equivalent experienceHave 3-4 years of relevant experienceYou have strong creative vision and visual arts skills with an established portfolio of business to business print and digital marketing collateralProficient using MS Office Programs (PowerPoint and Word) and basic knowledge of designing tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)Able to learn new tools and processes quickly and work in a fast-evolving environmentStrong knowledge of design conceptsStrong communication skills- Good written and verbal communication skills and flair for new mediaReasoning ability: Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documentsProblem-solving ability: to problem-solve and make decisions under tight time constraints, but also not afraid to ask questions and seek input from teammates. Able to prioritize in order to effectively contribute to the department and the needs of the clientsSolid time/project management skills: ability to work independently and under deadline pressure on several projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracyStrong work ethics: Takes initiative and can self-manage.
