About the Team: Frost & Sullivan is currently looking for a Development Designer/Creative Designer who will work with a fast-paced global team of motivated marketing professionals. Reporting to the Art Director, the Graphic Artist will be responsible for aiding in the production of external client fulfillment and marketing campaigns. This role requires the candidate to be a hard working and a hands-on member of our team. This is an ideal position for someone who is motivated, organized, can work in an extremely fast-paced environment and can meet daily deadlines. The person we hire has to complement our existing Design Innovation Team, be friendly, creative, proactive, and play a hands-on role in what needs to get done every day. This position is full time. Core Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following: xe2x80xa2Assist the Design Innovation Team in producing Frost & Sullivan content related to Brand & Demand deliverables, Events, Social Media and other teams xe2x80xa2Design white papers, social media posts, brochures, flyers, Ceros projects, infographics and more according to instruction provided by the Art Director xe2x80xa2Collaborate with other designers on larger projects xe2x80xa2Ensure projects are completed with high quality, within brand guidelines, and on schedule xe2x80xa2Prioritize and manage multiple projects and alert Art Director and marketing coordinator/senior graphic designer if deadlines cannot be met xe2x80xa2Attend weekly Team meetings xe2x80xa2Submit a weekly time sheet detailing work execution xe2x80xa2Other duties as assigned Overview:(The definitive position title and internal corporate level will be established through a sequence of interviews and assessments) Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design software
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
• Ability to work on multiple projects at once
• Good organizational skills, strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through
• Follow all in-place processes and procedures for reporting and tracking of assets, utilization of Monday.com
• Excellent eye for detail
• Effective and consistent communication with fellow designers, team leads, and supervisors.

Preferred Experience:

• The preferred candidate for this position would have the following:
• Knowledge and experience in graphics, design, layout
• Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design
• Background in Business-to-Business marketing
• Prior experience with market research or consulting is a plus
