Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Web Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web design, user experience, and visual branding. You will be responsible for designing visually appealing and intuitive web interfaces that align with our company's brand and objectives.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop responsive, mobile-friendly web pages and user interfaces

Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure design solutions meet business requirements.

Stay up-to-date with web design trends, technologies, and best practices.

Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and SEO

Incorporate feedback to improve designs

Assist with creating digital marketing assets like landing pages, banners, and social media graphics.

Requirements:

Minimum four years of experience in web design or digital design

Proficient in Figma and other design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch)

Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles, responsive design, and web accessibility standards

Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, intuitive, and visually appealing designs

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Portfolio showcasing a range of web design projects and case studies
