Work Location : 7 Deloitte USI Locations - Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi/NCR, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Pune, and ChennaiJOB DESCRIPTION:Implement and manage graph database models, schemas, and queries for efficient data storage and retrieval.Design, develop, and optimize graph database solutions to meet business requirements.Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of graph database systems.Collaborate with data architects and analysts to translate data requirements into graph database models.Develop and maintain data models, including nodes, edges, and properties to represent complex relationships.Manage data integration and migration processes to ensure data consistency and integrity.Monitor graph database performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization techniques (indexing, caching, etc.).Work with developers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to address data needs and provide solutions.Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.Diagnose and resolve graph database performance, availability, and data integrity issues.Maintain documentation for graph database configurations, processes, and procedures.Stay updated with the latest advancements in graph database technologies and incorporate improvements.Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance graph database capabilities.Contribute to the development and implementation of data governance policies and continuous improvement of data management practices.SKILLS REQUIRED:Strong experience in Graph Databases (e.g., Neo4j, Amazon Neptune, or similar).Expertise in data modeling, including nodes, edges, and properties.Solid understanding of performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization.Knowledge of data integration, migration, and ensuring data consistency.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with data governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
