The Grafting Expert / Graftage Specialist will play a crucial role in our horticultural


team, bringing extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in grafting


techniques. Highly skilled and experienced Grafting Expert with a strong


background in horticulture with at least 10 years of hands-on experience in


grafting techniques. This role involves working with various plants and trees,


ensuring the successful joining of tissues to continue their growth together.


Key Responsibilities:
• Perform various grafting techniques'

a.Execute various grafting methods such as budding, Side Graft, whip


grafting, Bark Graf and other grafting methods.


b.Evaluate and Select appropriate grafting methods based on plant species


and desired outcomes.
• Research and Innovation:

a.Conduct research on new grafting techniques and plant species.


b.Experiment with innovative methods to enhance grafting success and


plant growth.
• Monitor and manage the health and growth of grafted plants.

a.Observe and manage the growth and health of grafted plants.


b.Diagnose and address any issues related to graft failures, diseases, or


pests
• Develop and implement grafting protocols to ensure high success

rates.


a.Create and refine grafting protocols to enhance success rates.


b.Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in grafting


techniques.
• Train and mentor junior staff and apprentices in grafting

techniques.


a.Train and mentor junior staff, apprentices, and other team members in


grafting techniques and best practices.


b.Provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality grafting outcomes.


Qualifications:
• Education: BSc and MSc in Horticulture or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 and upto any number years of experience in

horticulture, specifically in grafting techniques.







Skills:
• Familiarity with modern horticultural tools and equipment.
• System Knowledge Worked on MS Office, Reporting tools
• Strong Skills in Team Management

Experience 10 - 12 Years


Salary 8 Lac To 10 Lac P.A.
