The Graduate Trainee,D&T,Software Engineering requires the knowledge to participate in the development and enhancement of applications. This level role provides the opportunity for exposure to fundamental principles and concepts.The ideal candidate will have good programming skills and will work closely with our senior engineers to design, develop, and maintain software applications.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team and assist to design, develop, and maintain software applications using Azure, Xamarin/MAUI, .NET, and Sitecore.
• With guidance Write high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code that meets design specifications and adheres to coding standards.
• Assist to develop and maintain software documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure that code is tested thoroughly and meets quality standards.
• Support toTroubleshoot and debug software issues to identify and resolve bugs and performance issues.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in software development.

Basic Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience
• 0-1 years of experience.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Candidates should have strong analytical and reasoning skills.
• Good to have exposure in software development with a focus on Azure, Xamarin/MAUI, .NET, Sitecore.
• Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL Server and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other developers, designers, and project managers.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a global and virtual environment and to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
• Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this

Physical and Travel Requirements

• 15% travel, including global travel
• Occasional on-call work required
• Prefer 12pm - 9pm India time. Willingness to work outside of these hours as needed.
