What's the Role:



You will be part of a global team of specialists/administrators working alongside and together with one another under the direction of the Process and Systems Lead. You will enroll in Mendix online developer training courses, and oversee the scoping, development, testing, acceptance, and deployment of Mendix applications, alongside monitoring, maintaining, upgrading, and supporting all Mendix system applications.



You will be trained to become Bradken's subject matter expert on Mendix, resolve helpdesk issues and support tickets and provide support to the I.T. staff in maintaining and upgrading the Mendix environment, including ensuring proper backups are conducted.



Your primary responsibility will be taking care of Mendix application but to also provide administrative assistance to Bradken's Teamcenter Specialists and Teamcenter users as required.



Serving as one of our main resources for system-level expertise, the implementation of best practices and user training, you'll be operating within the structured framework set by the Technical Engineering and Systems Manager.



Key Technical Criteria:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in a help desk environment is advantageous.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users when assisting support customers.
• Ability to understand customers' needs and provide solutions.
• Capability to articulate needs for performing tasks, whether related to software, hardware, resource assistance, or additional training.
• Proficient in English language communication.

This role is based out of the Coimbatore office.
