Exp : 1 - 2 years Roles :
- Design and specify mechanical systems and equipment for recycling processes.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure equipment designs meet operational requirements and safety standards.
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and testing of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Analyze recycling processes to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reduction.
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to maximize throughput and minimize downtime.
- Conduct performance evaluations and troubleshooting to address mechanical issues affecting operations.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure reliability of equipment.
- Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance activities to minimize unplanned downtime.
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures to promote a safe working environment.
- Establish quality control procedures and standards for mechanical equipment.
- Conduct quality inspections and audits to verify compliance with specifications and standards.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and sustainability of operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and process optimization.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required; Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in mechanical engineering roles, preferably in recycling or waste management.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment design, and fabrication techniques.
- Proficiency in CAD software for mechanical design and modeling.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management skills for overseeing equipment installations and process improvements.
- Commitment to health, safety, and environmental stewardship.
