Empowering rural agriculture sustainably through equitable partnerships and value chain benefits. : We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Management Trainee to join our team in the CDR (Carbon Dioxide Removal Department). The ideal candidate should possess a distinguished background in mechanical or electronics engineering, with an added advantage of an MBA. This is an onsite and traveling position Responsibilities: The primary responsibility of this role is to facilitate onsite training sessions for artisans on utilizing dMRV (Digital Measurement, Reporting, and Verification) tools, upload the accurate data in the dMRV App, and providing assistance to enhance their digital skills. Training and Development: Conduct on-site training sessions for artisans, focusing on (dMRV) techniques. Ensure that trainees understand the process of data upload in App and provide hands-on assistance as needed. Technical Expertise: Utilize your engineering background to guide artisans in understanding and implementing dMRV tools effectively. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in digital measurement technologies. Data Management: Oversee the upload of data into the dMRV system, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to improve the overall efficiency of the CDR Department. Work closely with artisans to address any challenges they face during the implementation of digital measurement practices. Qualification: Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering with distinction. MBA (an added advantage). Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with digital measurement technologies.
