About the Company - Alphaabets was incorporated in 2021 working with Enterprise customers in very deep tech engineering solutions. We are involved with emerging deep technologies in Digital Twin. Engineering 3D , Augmented/Virtual Reality , AI, ML - a new reality for many customers and areas that are not fully matured , experimental. Path is difficult but these beats are growing at exponential rates. It would be a huge opportunity to get on the roller coaster ride and get a sneak peek that you have to cross paths in later stages.

How it will work : We will offer 3 month apprentice period at Alphaabets - to convert into a full time position based on performance for Batch of 2024 . Their attitude , performance would be evaluated during this 3 months basis which they would be given full time employment and salary would be decided based on aptitude and potential.

You can apply for our Full time position if you are proficient in any of the following functions :

1. Business Development Specialists - Client Outreach, Qualification, Proposal coordinate negotiation and closure. This is a role for the hunter mindset. Ability to carry sales quota and manage pipeline.

2. Inside Sales Reps - Email campaigns via Mail chimp, Lead Gen, Research about clients and LinkedIn marketing and reach outs - Relentless pursuit.

Education Qualifications : •MBA and BBA with specialisation in above areas. We can consider other Post Graduates.•

Full time Job Perks & Salary Information:

1. Base Salary would vary based on individual potential and academic creds. It would vary from 3.2 to 4 lakhs for first year.

2. Business development would have incentives varying from 1-1.5 lakhs based on target achievement

3. Stipend during internship or apprentice : •15k(Base) + Performance linked Incentives (5k)• - this is for you to showcase your talent, ideas and ability to take on more.

4. Stipend is based on satisfactory performance. Non performing interns can be dropped anytime.

5. Working hours: Full Time - 9:30am-6:30pm ( Monday to Friday). - 1 hour lunch break.

6. Working Mode : Office or Hybrid ( Hybrid : you have to report to work on predefined days at least 3 days week for reviews.). All roles would be in Bangalore.

Pay: ?320,000.00 - ?440,000.00 per year
