You will be part of the team of consultants providing consulting services as part of the global Worley consulting team, as well as provide input into a suite of multi-client services provided by Worley. We work in the Energy, Chemicals and Resources sectors with a strong focus on sustainability, the Energy Transition and the decarbonization of emissions intensive industries.Key responsibilities include:\xc2\xb7 Team leadership of a team of consultants\xc2\xb7 Provide consulting support to clients, including technical modelling, market analysis, regulatory and policy analysis, and economic modelling\xc2\xb7 Data gathering, analysis and modelling\xc2\xb7 Economic trend analysis and forecasting\xc2\xb7 Support and direct the development and maintenance of in-house market models and databasesKey Candidate Attributes:Business Focus\xc2\xb7 Broad understanding of market drivers and trends, industry structure, production pathways, plant operations and economics.\xc2\xb7 Develops tools, procedures, and products to improve service delivery\xc2\xb7 Uses an understanding of client businesses to tailor services for maximum positive impactLeadership\xc2\xb7 Organizing, mentoring, and training team members\xc2\xb7 Keeps up with technical, economic and market developments\xc2\xb7 Proactively provides ideas and feedback to support tools and methodology improvements, and business development activities to drive productivity and growth\xc2\xb7 Motivated and self-driven\xc2\xb7 Applies safety best practices to all aspects of the roleTeamwork\xc2\xb7 Effectively communicates expertise to senior management, peers, team members and customers; facilitates communications across multi-party activities\xc2\xb7 Values and utilizes the diverse background and skills available across Worley Consulting for the attainment of project and company goals\xc2\xb7 Participates in projects through teamwork with other departments and with outside organizations\xc2\xb7 Proactively makes knowledge readily accessibleSkills and Market Expertise\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships and industry networks.\xc2\xb7 Capability as a consultant in energy markets, commodities and the energy transition\xc2\xb7 Able to synthesize market data, global trends, and customer information to create meaningful reports and forward-looking analysis.\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of hydrogen, ammonia or battery materials is a plus.QualificationsExperience and Qualifications:In addition to performing the tasks above:\xc2\xb7 Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Chemistry, or similar degree and experience\xc2\xb7 Analytical skills including data analysis and modelling. Highly proficient in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
