KK HR Services is a small & growing organization, We have established in 2022, We are well known to deliver executive to directorial level positions for well know Manufacturing Industry. We deal with Corporate & Manufacture plant level position as per the client's requirement.

Location: Navrangpura, Ahmedabad

Address: 205-Yash Aqua, Vijay Cross Road, Behind McD , 120 Feet Ring Rd, AEC Char Rasta, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380009, India

Working Days: Monday - Saturday

Work Timings: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Mon - Friday)

Saturday - 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates using various job portals, databases, and networking platforms.

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate skills and suitability.

• Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and hiring needs.

• Schedule and manage interviews between clients and candidates.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.

• Ensure timely follow-ups and updates to candidates and clients.

• Maintain records of all recruitment activities in the database.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Any graduate (freshers with an interest in recruitment are welcome).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in using MS Office and online job portals.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

• Keen interest in building a career in recruitment and HR.
