Graduate Executive Trainee
Qualification: Any Degree with 0 - 1 yrs of experience in Logistics and SCM
Scope of Work:
Identification of service providers
Floating RFQ\'s and obtaining Quote, Negotiation, approval and co-ordination
Coordinating with freight forwarders, couriers and other external agencies for ensuring timely deliveries of products
Interaction with Internal departments including finance for statutory documents
Verification and assessment of credential of shipments and nomination
Preparation and verification of Inbound shipment invoice
Arranging Transit Insurance through Finance
Verification of invoices from service providers, obtaining approval and submission to Finance
Preparation of Weekly, Monthly reports
Skill Set
1.Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
2.Must have good knowledge in MS office
