  • Provide technical support and support discussions with the Applications team.
  • Develop software components as needed, contributing to the development lifecycle.
  • Perform quality checks and manage automation pipelines.
  • Review functional flows and validate them in meeting customer requirements.
  • Design test plans, procedures, scenarios, and scripts to accurately assess new products or software updates according to customer requirements and company policies.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Design test plans, procedures, scenarios, and scripts according to customer requirements
  • Develop testing protocol for various aspects, such as usability, database impact, error and bug finding, regression, sanity, performance testing with implementation scenarios.
  • Identify, analyze and create detailed records of problems that appear during testing, such as software defects, bugs, functionality issues, and output errors, and work directly with software developers to find solutions and develop retesting procedures.
  • Create detailed, step-by-step documentation of test procedures for each phase or project as needed to ensure replicability, compliance with standards, and growth of company knowledge base.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support during design discussions.
  • Responsible for system reliability and performance - ensuring the production systems are running without major issues.
  • Support business objectives and assist in order execution.
Qualifications
  • Experience : Bachelor of Engineering (CSE/ Information Technology) with a minimum of 70%.
  • Should have done projects demonstrating experience as a hands-on software developer.
  • Technical Skills: MUST have coding experience in Python.
  • Knowledge of Coding Standards, version management (Git/Bit bucket or similar), Build Process, Packaging, DevOps and CI/CD
  • Understanding and working experience with REST APIs
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodologies and Pair Programming
  • People Skills: Strong team player with excellent communication, interpersonal abilities, and a customer service-oriented mindset.
