Location(s)Bangalore, KarnatakaCompanyMolexCareer FieldEngineeringJob Number158919Your JobYou will be designated as Graduate Engineer TraineeOur TeamYou will be a part of Molex - SRG global EngineeringWhat You Will Do\xc2\xb7 Design new products and modify the existing ones (mainly made by plastic like front grilles, Body Side Moulding, Rear Spoilers, TGH, etc) using CAD software (CATIA V5). Design from cradle to grave.\xc2\xb7 Give support to the engineering team around the globe to ensure product quality fulfilling the Customer and Internal specifications in the timing defined.\xc2\xb7 Drive continuous improvement initiatives in design practices, processes, and tools to enhance team efficiency and product quality. Meet and understand all project Timing requirements and all customer deliverables.\xc2\xb7 Ability to use experience and judgment to plan and accomplish the goals of the business unit\'s/plant,Who You Are\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in mechanical/Automobile engineering or a related field.\xc2\xb7 0-1 year of work experience in the automotive industry (Exterior and Interior Trims)\xc2\xb7 Basic Knowledge of CATIA V5\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in the design and development process, manufacturing engineering, plastic injection moulding.\xc2\xb7 Coordination, execution, monitoring, and solution of technical problems in projects.\xc2\xb7 English Language skills required. Fluent in both spoken and written EnglishWhat Will Put You Ahead\xc2\xb7 Proficient in CATIA V5 in all modules is highly preferred.\xc2\xb7 Understanding the process of Teamcenter.\xc2\xb7 Basic knowledge of Plastic product manufacturing in Automotive sector.\xc2\xb7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deal effectively with all levels of management.\xc2\xb7 Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point is a plus.At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
