• ROLE PROFILE:

Act as cohort manager for Graduates; providing practical and pastoral support to ensure a positive experience. The cohort manage will support graduates on and post programme (+2years) as alumni.

• ROLE SUMMARY:

Within Technology engage and partner with business leaders, people leaders and People function colleagues and Technology L&D as an ambassador for Early Careers to ensure a positive experience is delivered to our Technology Graduate cohort

• WHAT YOU\'LL BE DOING:
• Understand business needs and incorporate feedback to support Early Careers talent development across our global divisions and functions
• Lead all aspects of graduate cohort programme delivery; Drive the full-life cycle of development programme; plan and schedule and deliver development events and lead key performance and talent management processes - including close partnership with Global Early Careers Acquisition to support programme roll-off.
• Work in close partnership with the Global Technology Learning & Development Teams and Global Early Careers Development Team to; deliver exceptional graduate experiences - including proactive review to ensure they are meeting the needs of our (Technology) business.
• Create and cultivate a graduate community across geographies and a sense of belonging and opportunity at LSEG

• WHAT YOU\'LL BRING:
• Knowledge of developing early careers talent in global organisations.
• A keen interest and demonstrable operational delivery of Early Careers development globally; including talent/career coaching
• Strong influencing skills. The successful candidate must be able to build & maintain support from across the business by building close partnerships
• A good understanding of how business requirements are translated into learning strategy and action
• Strong programme management, planning and prioritisation skills.
• Takes initiative and demonstrates ownership
• Passion for developing people to enable business growth
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to land messages effectively
