Position Summary Responsible, either directly or through supervision, for the analysis of technical data requiring the use of complex analytical techniques and participates in special or ongoing projects involving financial, economic, and investment analysis and reporting. Please note, any offer of employment is contingent upon Bechtel being awarded contract. Responsibilities
Support indirect rate development for BINFRA forward pricing rate and applicable final incurred cost cycles including analysis of rate fluctuations.
Screen and monitor assigned overhead cost data to determine allowability and out-of-period costs based on government regulations that are not audited by Controller organization.
Gather and maintain overhead job descriptions to support cost methodology/homogenous pool assignments and work in tandem with team to demonstrate processes to auditors.
Support the compilation of direct cost schedules for any contract required final incurred cost development and reconciliations to company financial statements.
Perform and collaborate analytical studies.
Interface with projects, BINFRA personnel, and team for rate compilations, cost monitoring and other reporting activities.
Support management and senior analyst in all audits.
Qualifications and Skills Basic Qualifications
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience.
Minimum Qualifications
Analytical and reconciliation techniques.
Currently utilizes Microsoft Outlook Excel, (including Pivot tables to summarize large data sets), Word and Power Point applications.
Willingness to learn and apply government regulations, as applicable to position.
Flexible to handle multiple tasks and work in a team dependent atmosphere.
Understands Bechtel\xe2\x80\x99s organizational structure and policies and procedures.
Hyperion and CFAR report preparation and execution.
Use Business Objects (create queries and reports based on corporate financial databases).
Knowledge and use of Federal acquisition regulations (FAR).
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Power BI and Excel for analysis and reporting.
