We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative with experience in the forensic and cyber security field to join our growing team. As a Sales Representative at Crystal Works, you will be responsible for driving sales of our forensic and cyber security solutions. You will work closely with prospective clients to understand their needs, demonstrate the value of our products, and close sales. This role requires a deep understanding of forensic intelligence, cyber fraud, and related fields. Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential clients in need of forensic and cyber security solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Present and demonstrate Crystal Works\xe2\x80\x99 products and services to prospective clients.
- Understand and communicate the benefits and features of our forensic and cyber security solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging threats.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop sales materials and campaigns.
