We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Government Sales professional to join our team. As a Government Field Sales, you will play a crucial role in developing strategic sales goals, identifying potential customers, and positioning Netweb Technologies\' products and services. Your efforts will help us expand our presence in the government sector and further contribute to our growth and success.Key Responsibilities: -
  • Develop strategic sales goals to target government organizations, educational institutes, research organizations, and other relevant prospects.
  • Qualify leads and create target lists of enterprise or data center accounts.
  • Seek out potential customers through cold calling and follow-up, as well as customer visits.
  • Participate in marketing activities, such as trade shows, to generate leads and promote Netweb Technologies.
  • Strategically position our products and services to address customer needs effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and manage existing accounts for retention and growth.
  • Negotiate various types of contracts to facilitate successful deals.
  • Manage day-to-day sales operations, including sales pricing, order monitoring, credit issues, and sales returns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve common goals and drive results.
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned by management.
Key Result Areas (KRA)

  • Fluent in English language; additional knowledge of local languages will be an advantage.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience selling computer hardware solutions like Server, Workstation, Storage, HPC Cluster channel, data center, or enterprise accounts.
  • Demonstrated success in cold calling and engaging with key decision-makers.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability in pre-call planning, opportunity qualification, objection handling, call structure and control, time, and territory management.
  • Excellent persuasive, written, and presentation skills.
  • Highly proactive, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Professionalism combined with a passion for creativity.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and diverse culture.
  • Familiarity with data center management tools and standards.
Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in computer sciences or engineering or its equivalent.
