- Responsibilities:
- \xe2\x80\xa2 Construction Industry Expertise.
- \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate effectively with contractors and architects.
- \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive sales growth through strategic coordination.
- \xe2\x80\xa2 Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills.
- \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution.
- \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop new prospect and interact with existing customers to increase
- sales.
- Government Liaison:
- \xe2\x80\xa2 Navigate government departments to facilitate project coordination.
- \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and maintain relationships with government clients.
- \xe2\x80\xa2 Stay updated on government regulations and policies.
- Qualifications:
- \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven track record in project coordination within the construction sector.
- \xe2\x80\xa2 Successful history of increasing sales through effective collaboration.
- \xe2\x80\xa2 Pre-existing knowledge of false ceiling products will be preferred.
- \xe2\x80\xa2 Industry experience of more than 10 years.
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Up to 50% travel
- Building Materials Sales: 10 years (Preferred)
- New Business Development: 10 years (Preferred)
- Government Lesioning: 10 years (Preferred)
