Government Gem Tender Executive / Tender Submission Specialist *Responsibilities:* 1. *Tender Identification:* Monitor various sources for tender opportunities, identifying those relevant to the company\'s products or services. 2. *Documentation Gathering:* Collaborate with internal teams to gather all necessary information and documents required for tender submissions. 3. *Compliance Assessment:* Ensure that tender submissions comply with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements. 4. *Proposal Development:* Prepare and write compelling tender responses, addressing technical specifications, pricing, and any other requirements outlined in the tender documents. 5. *Formatting and Editing:* Format and edit documents to meet submission standards, ensuring clarity, consistency, and professionalism. 6. *Deadline Management:* Manage and prioritize multiple tender submissions, ensuring that all documents are submitted accurately and on time. 7. *Quality Assurance:* Conduct thorough reviews of tender submissions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to submission guidelines. 8. *Coordination:* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, finance, and legal, to gather required inputs and ensure a cohesive tender response. 9. *Communication:* Liaise with tendering authorities and respond to queries during the tendering process. 10. *Post-Submission Follow-up:* Track tender outcomes, gather feedback, and participate in debrief sessions to enhance future tender submissions. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
