To assist and support Governance of Third-Party Vendors / Suppliers, their compliance to Contractual deliverables & obligations across the business. Ensuring the introduction, maintenance and improvement to the processes and tools required to provide a best-in-class service. Has solid analytical and communication skills and works under moderate supervision to take responsibility for small specific pieces of work within the team. Prioritizes tasks and deals with issues under guidance and deals with vendors up to middle management level. Acts as an experienced and more independent consulting team member. Primary duty is to be highly utilized (85%) but also to begin to contribute to the operation of the business through knowledge management and bid support. : Third Party Audit is an area that covers the core aspect of LSEG\'s business with Third Party Vendors which includes Managed Service Providers. There are potential financial and legal consequences that occur if Third Party services are not maintained in accordance to the defined rules and procedures. We are looking for a Contract Compliance Analyst who will deliver effective Contract Compliance & auditing of our 3rd party vendors and committed deliverables. Research, interpret, develop, maintain, and apply governance of contractual compliance. Develop and provide controls, standards, process improvement recommendations, guidance and awareness for regulatory, risk and audit compliance Execute on all aspects of audit and compliance efforts including planning, preparation, audit reports, field work, and follow-up activities Assess third party vendors Risk against corporate policies Participate in risk mitigation sessions processes and ensure that all significant regulatory risks are identified and accounted for appropriately Partner with the wider vendor Management organisation and Vendors to ensure successful delivery of contracted deliverables and obligations against the committed contracts Design & deliver reporting which demonstrates compliance position Maintain position as a subject matter expert in compliance and best practices Knowledge & Skill: Entry level professional roles requiring a discipline specific degree or the equivalent work experience that provides knowledge and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts General professional and conceptual knowledge of theories and principles within a discipline Basic understanding of the roles of relevant functional groups within own area Applies general knowledge of business, developed through education, to make informed judgements Scope of Impact: Provides guidance or specialized services that directly support or affect results within one functional area Works within area and uses professional procedures and practices to achieve objectives Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding Free to determine the approach used to address routine professional issues Strategic Planning & Decision Making: Identifies and solves complex issues using existing policies and procedures Understands, interprets and sets personal priorities for reaching goals Uses general professional or specialized knowledge to solve routine problems Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and own business plan, impacting the efficiency and effectiveness of own area LSEG is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider.
