Manager - Sales - F&V - Be the important Single PoC to co-ordinate new and existing projects between Gourmet Garden (GG) and partner chain which are online, quick commerce and offline retail.- Represent the organisation as a strategic partner for all offerings (FnV and non FnV) to leading national chain accounts and build strong relationships throughout the customer\'s organization across 4 cities of GG operations (Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai)- Develop monthly sales plans with high growth targets with the chain account and drive alignment within internal team to prioritize lead opportunities.- Organize and conduct ideation sessions with GG operations/sourcing and national account customers to identify potential new products, activation to drive business- Partner with internal team members from departments such as operations, finance, marketing, quality assurance, and legal to provide everyday support and propose new projects forward- Responsible for leading the pricing strategy to close new business on new items and communicating to all functions - internal and externalThe Successful Applicant must have : - Strong interpersonal skills to influence top leaders in partner chain- Getting things done\' mindset with minimum supervision- Minimum qualification : Graduation with 3-4 years of Key Account Management/Sales experience. MBA is a plus but not mandatory- Good to have experience in Horeca, industrial kitchen sales, Ecom- Experience in Fruits, Vegetables, Food service, FMCG companies preferred but not mandatory- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and analytical rigour. - Should be able to basic analysis on Excel to have crystallized conversations- Excellent negotiation, communication & people management skills (ref:updazz.com)
