Job Title: Google Workspace (GWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Location: Noida

Exp: 4+ years

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support technical solutions using Google Workspace (GWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to meet the requirements of enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, and engineering teams to understand customer needs and provide technical expertise during the pre-sales and post-sales phases.
• Lead technical discussions, workshops, and presentations with customers to demonstrate the value proposition of Google Workspace and Google Cloud Platform.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, guides, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and enable self-service for customers.
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers and partners on configuration, integration, and customization of Google Workspace and Google Cloud Platform services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Google Workspace and Google Cloud Platform deployments, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in cloud computing and collaboration tools to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product engineering teams to provide feedback on product features, enhancements, and roadmap priorities based on customer requirements and market trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts, architectures, and services, with hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) including Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Big Query, and Cloud Storage.
• Proficiency in administering and configuring Google Workspace (GWS) services including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Meet.
• Experience with scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong customer focus and ability to build trusted advisor relationships with customers and partners.
• Certifications such as Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Architect, Google Workspace Certified Administrator, or equivalent are preferred but not required.
