About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Google Ads and Meta Ads Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Meta's advertising platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing principles, strong analytical skills, and a passion for data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage integrated Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to achieve specific marketing goals, such as lead generation, website traffic, and brand awareness.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience targeting to ensure campaigns reach the right audience.
• Create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with the target audience.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven optimizations to improve ROI.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in paid search advertising.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Proven ability to achieve measurable results with paid search advertising.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
• Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques.
• A passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay ahead of the curve.
