We are seeking a results-driven Google and Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing with a proven track record of driving traffic, generating high-quality leads, and increasing ROI across B2C and B2B verticals. This role demands both strategic thinking and hands-on campaign execution, with a focus on ecommerce and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Paid Ad Campaign Management:
Plan, create, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
Execute end-to-end campaign management from strategy to implementation and optimization.
Optimize campaigns to drive high-quality traffic and conversions across both B2C and B2B segments.
2. SEO and Backlinking (Supportive Role):
Collaborate with SEO teams to implement strategies that improve organic search rankings.
Support backlink acquisition efforts to strengthen domain authority.
3. Retargeting & Conversion Tracking:
Set up and manage retargeting campaigns to re-engage users and boost retention.
Use attribution models, tracking links, and pixel IDs to monitor and improve conversion performance.
4. Keyword & Competitor Analysis:
Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to guide campaign strategy.
Use insights to enhance ad targeting and increase ROI.
5. Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze key performance metrics (CPC, ROAS, CTR, CAC, etc.) to track campaign success.
Prepare detailed reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
6. Strategic Collaboration:
Work closely with content creators, designers, and developers to align ad creatives with goals.
Contribute to the development of customized campaign strategies for ecommerce.
7. Continuous Optimization:
Conduct A/B tests on creatives, targeting, landing pages, and copy.
Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and best practices in digital advertising.
Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google and Meta Ads (experience in ecommerce preferred).
Proficient in:
Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager
Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager
SEMRush, Ahrefs
Excel (advanced-level for data analysis)
Deep understanding of consumer behavior and marketing psychology.
Experience with attribution modeling, retargeting techniques, and conversion tracking setups.
Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
