Learn more at www.KINESSO.com Position Overview We are looking for a talented Google Marketing Platform Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in engaging with onshore stakeholders and potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions leveraging Google Marketing Platform tools. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in Google Marketing Platform products and services, combined with exceptional communication skills to effectively articulate the value proposition to prospects. The candidate must have hands on experience on tools including, but not limited to, Google Ads, Campaign Manager, Display & Video 360, and Search Ads 360. The role requires expertise in leveraging these platforms to optimize digital marketing campaigns, analyse performance metrics, and drive strategic insights to enhance overall marketing efforts. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies utilizing Google Marketing Platform tools.
  • Collaborate with the onshore team to understand client requirements and goals to develop customized proposals and solutions leveraging Google Marketing Platform tools.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and features of the Google Marketing Platform, which is tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
  • Evaluate client data and provide insights and recommendations on how Google Marketing Platform can address their specific challenges and drive business growth.
  • Work closely with the client marketing team to create compelling collateral, case studies, and presentations highlighting the benefits of using Google Marketing Platform.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and new developments within the Google Marketing Platform ecosystem to effectively position our offerings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, agencies, and technology partners, to drive awareness and adoption of Google Marketing Platform solutions.
  • Provide feedback to product management and engineering teams based on client interactions, and market insights to inform product roadmap and development priorities.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns including search, display, and video advertising to achieve performance objectives such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights, and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content, and development to ensure alignment with marketing goals and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to tracking, tagging, and campaign implementation.
  • Conduct regular audits of accounts, configurations, and processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience of minimum 3 years working with Google Marketing Platform tools such as Google Ads, Campaign Manager, Display & Video 360, and Search Ads 360.
  • Strong knowledge of CM360, DV360, and SA360.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices, including performance metrics, attribution models, and audience targeting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation tools such as PowerPoint or Keynote.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in campaign setup and reporting.
  • Experience with other digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, The Trade Desk) is desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
