• Skillset: Looker (LookML) data engineer(Lead)
• Experience level: 7 to 12years

Essential Job Functions:

• Looker (LookML) data engineer(Lead) should create new Looker dashboards using LookML.
• Should understand the requirements for new dashboards
• Should brainstorm with potential users of the existing and new dashboards
• Should be able to create backend logic required for Looker UI using ELT/ETL
• Good to have experience in data Extract & Load
• Should have experience in data transformation on DBs such as redshift using dbt or similar tools
• Should be proficient in SQL
• 6. Should be proficient in LookML
• Should have experience working with other scripting languages such as python, ruby etc.,
• Should have experience in interacting with Business / Customer stakeholders
• Should review the work done by other team members
• Should mentor the junior engineers when necessary
• Should be good in work breakdown and estimating the work for self and the team
• Should have technically led and guided a team of 3 to 5 engineers
• Should have experience in tracking team\'s activities
• Should have good communication skills
• Must have experience in status reporting to customer on the team\'s activities.
• Should be good at identifying Risk ahead of time and mitigate the same.

• Good to have experience in Project Management
