Position Overview:

As a Google Analytics Specialist at Radius, you will be responsible for leveraging data from various sources, including HubSpot, Google Analytics, and our in-house transactional database and product data, to provide valuable insights and support to our sales, marketing, customer service, and executive teams. You will be a key player in shaping our strategies by uncovering actionable insights beyond standard analysis, understanding our customer and prospect base, optimizing our pricing and consumer behavior, and enhancing customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the intricacies of our product, sales, marketing, and customer service processes.

- Utilize HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other data sources to analyze and report on marketing campaigns, lead generation, customer acquisition, and customer service interactions.

- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to sales, marketing, customer service, and executive teams.

- Work with the in-house transactional database to extract, manipulate, and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Perform deep dive analysis to uncover insights and opportunities that go beyond standard reporting.

- Identify top revenue-producing customers and prospects and develop strategies to maximize their value.

- Analyze pricing strategies and consumer behavior to optimize revenue and profitability.

- Collaborate closely with the customer service team to improve service levels, identify areas for process enhancement, and enhance the overall customer experience.

- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in business intelligence, analytics, and customer service.

- Present findings and recommendations to executives and stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.

- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred).

- Proven experience as a Google Analytics Specialist or similar role, with a track record of delivering actionable insights.

- Proficiency in HubSpot, GA4, and other relevant analytics and reporting tools.

- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.

- Excellent data visualization skills using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

- Ability to think analytically, problem-solve, and turn data into actionable recommendations.

- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience working with transactional databases and data warehousing concepts.

- Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus.

- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
