Roles & Responsibilities:
The candidate should be able to create Google Ad campaigns, keyword and industry researches, updating and monitoring the Ad copy, and taking care of other associated marketing aspects.
The candidate should have experience of setting up and monitoring paid Google Ads accounts and campaigns along with Ad Optimizations.
He / She should have a good understanding of Search Ads, Display Ads, Shopping Ads, Remarketing campaigns, Performance Max campaigns, and Landing Page Designs.
He / She should have a good idea about Google Analytics (GA - 4) and Goal conversion set-up for clients, Proper account/ conversion Set Up with Google Tag manager.
They should know to manage the budget effectively to maximize the ROI on every spent.
Continuously monitor opportunities for new keywords and negative keywords Research and should be able to create different custom audiences.
Creating reports detailing campaign results and making recommendations for future campaigns
Creating and managing landing pages and conversion tracking tools such as Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness
A/B testing with different ad creative and landing pages to improve CTR
Analyzing performance data to identify trends and patterns in order to improve campaign effectiveness
Understanding of platform guidelines, content guidelines and how to deal with them
Partnering with other departments to ensure that all advertising campaigns meet objectives set by other departments such as sales or leads generated
Keep herself / himself updated with new and emerging technologies, trends, and opportunities for market share expansion for clients in their verticals.
He / She is aware of Analyzing website traffic stats for both reporting and preparing strategy.
Qualifications / Skills Required:
A degree in digital marketing or Google Campaigns or a related business field certification would be preferred.
Proper relevant knowledge in Google Ads Campaigns and Optimizations is mandatory
Excellent communication, written communication and decision-making skills.
Additional certifications such as Google Analytics and Google AdWords generally are preferred.
