##### Job Summary


We are seeking a results-oriented Google Ads Expert with 2-3 years of relevant experience in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing high-performing ad campaigns on Google Ads. The role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for driving ROI and lead generation.


##### Key Responsibilities:


• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive qualified traffic and high-converting leads.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify valuable search terms for ad targeting.
• Write compelling ad copy and design eye-catching visuals for display campaigns.
• Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance to improve CTR, CPC, and ROI.
• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting options.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
• Stay updated on Google Ads policies, trends, and best practices for the real estate industry.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and design teams to align ad strategies with broader marketing goals.
• Implement audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies for better targeting.
• Manage campaign budgets and provide accurate forecasting for ad spend and expected results.

##### Required Skills & Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns, especially in the real estate sector.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other PPC management tools.
• In-depth understanding of keyword research, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and report campaign performance.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of landing page optimization, lead generation tactics, and sales funnel strategies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
