Job Overview
Our luxury jewelry brand is seeking a skilled and experienced Google Ads Campaign Manager to enhance our digital presence and drive conversion-focused campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. This role involves close collaboration with our outsourced senior creative team to guide, manage, and post high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our brand identity. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, particularly in the jewelry industry, and be adept at leveraging platform-specific strategies to maximize brand exposure and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
1. Platform-Specific Strategy & Execution:
• Instagram : Lead campaigns including Stories, Reels, and Shopping ads with a focus on driving engagement and conversions.
• YouTube : Plan and execute video campaigns that reflect our brand aesthetics and enhance viewership.
• LinkedIn : Manage posts, comments, and networking efforts to engage high-net-worth clients and industry influencers.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with brand promotions, seasonal trends, and product launches.
2. Coordination & Collaboration:
• Act as the primary liaison between the brand and the outsourced creative team.
• Provide the creative team with necessary assets such as jewelry photos, product details, and audience insights.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices to inform campaign strategies.
3. Content & Ad Optimization:
• Assist in developing, monitoring, and optimizing content and ad campaigns tailored to each platform's audience.
• Ensure platform-specific content and ad formats maximize visibility and engagement.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting:
• Generate bi-weekly or monthly reports detailing key metrics, including engagement, reach, CTR, and conversions.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance continuously.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Proven success in managing campaigns on Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, with measurable ROI.
• Knowledge of the Telugu language and culture is an advantage.
