Job Overview We are looking for a skilled and reliable In-Shop Sales Executive who has knowledge of computer operations, specifically for accounting purposes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales and maintaining accurate accounting records while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Management: o Assist customers with their jewelry selections and provide product information. o Close sales transactions and ensure customer satisfaction. o Manage and display jewelry in the showroom to maintain an appealing presentation.
2. Accounting and Computer Operations: o Handle billing and invoicing using accounting software (training will be provided if necessary). o Maintain sales records and daily transaction logs. o Reconcile sales and inventory at the end of the day.
3. Customer Relationship Management: o Build lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences. o Follow up with customers for inquiries and feedback.
4. Shop Maintenance: o Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and inventory is well-managed. o Safeguard jewelry items and maintain a trustworthy environment.

Skills and Qualifications o Experience: 2-3 years in in-shop sales, preferably in jewelry or luxury retail. o Computer Proficiency: Knowledge of basic accounting software, MS Office, and billing systems. o Trustworthiness: Should be reliable, honest, and capable of handling financial transactions independently. o Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Attention to Detail: Ability to handle high-value items with care and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
