Gold Loan Officer
Job Description
. To ensure 100% right valuation - capturing right cartage, proper stone deduction etc.
. Adhering to high ethical standards and comply with all the laid down processes / policies - KYC adherence.
. To provide high quality customer service, prompt resolution of queries pre & post loan disbursal.
. Supporting branch staff in business development activities & helping to achieve branch targets.
. Candidates with Gold Loan experience are preferred.
Eligibility
. Candidate should have a regular degree (Candidates with distance education may refrain from applying)
. Candidate should have a flair for marketing & Sales
. He/ She should have a thorough knowledge on gold loan operation with 1 -2 year experience in Bank / NBFC
