Designation : Senior Manager/Manager - Regional HRBP, Mumbai
Location : Mumbai
Job Purpose : This role will be the Regional HR Lead for Godrej Properties for Mumbai Zone (MMR 1 or 2). The role holder will work closely with the Regional Business Team (MMR 1 or 2) to contribute as the HRBP to achieve business goals and input KPIs which will ultimately lead to business success and to drive HR processes adherence based on GPL guiding principles.
Roles & Responsibilities :
People Process Champion :
- Ensuring on time in full completion of all people processes (goal setting, reviews & increment cycle, engagement surveys)
- Facilitate career discussions & ensure career closures for all manager
- Co-drive people learning & development agendas in partnership with CoE
Talent Processes and Capability Development :
- Partner towards design & delivery of capability programs for the team as per capability roadmap
- Drive development plans and learning needs as identified for all managers
- Anchor all functional capability programs including functional on-boarding
- Ensuring smooth & rigorous induction for all new joiners into the organization
- Partner with TA team for Recruitment & Selection
- Partnering with TA team for hiring, maintaining right source-mix & diversity ratio
- Identify ways of optimizing recruitment and manpower costs
- Defining & driving hiring strategy for the organization
Employee Engagement :
- Engagement action planning & implementation
- Drive rewards & recognition initiatives
Overhead Control :
- Identify and drive initiatives to ensure that Manpower and Non-manpower costs are under AOP budget
- Ensure staffing as per approved structure
HR Operations :
- Ensuring timely completion of all activities involved in Employee Life Cycle like probation evaluation and confirmation of new joiners, transfers, exit interviews.
- Ensuring completeness and accuracy of data of all employees on Success Factors
- Managing timely Exit discussions and all compliances involved in employee exits
- Recommend process improvements to expedite outcomes.
Educational Qualification : Post Graduate degree (MBA) in Human Resources
Experience : 4 - 8 years of experience.
Skills :
- Experience / exposure to HR processes
- Proficiency in Business HR Partnering
- Capability Building
- Building connect with stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize and bring structure into work
- Experience in Identifying key deliverables in the areas of recruitment / capability building / engagement and driving the same.
