Position : Despatcher/Biller/godown Keeper Responsibilities: \xc3\x98 Despatch Coordination. Schedule and coordinate despatch of goods based on customer orders and delivery schedules. Communicate with drivers, delivery personnel etc, for smooth and timely deliveries to customer end. Tracking of delivery progress & update customers as & when needed. \xc3\x98 Keep a track of Material Shifting from Plant to warehouse. close coordination with team. \xc3\x98 Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of Godown including despatches. Conduct stock checks & reconciliation with physical inventory & books of record.\xc3\x98 Accurate Billing and Invoicing/ Godown Management / Customer Communication : should have good communication skill w.r.t liasioning with customer. \xc3\x98 Documentation and Record maintenance w.r.t despatch, update reports on despatch and billing activities, ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to documentation. Efficient Collaboration with Internal Teams such as sales/accounts, plant workers etc. Qualifications & Experience: Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience in same profile with Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or diploma as equivalent. Additional qualification on logistic or billing is an added advantage. Working Knowledge of Tally & Office Software.Additional requirements: Candidate residing at Ghaziabad (U.P.) or nearby Location is preferrable & owned 2-wheeler is mandatory. This position involves flexibility in shift working. Compensation : Salary is not a constraint for right experienced candidate. Should be from trustworthy background.
