We are seeking an experienced Godown Supervisor to oversee and manage all aspects of inventory and warehousing operations in our Bilaspur facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, warehouse supervision, and stock planning, and is highly organized with a proactive approach to handling warehouse tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management : Oversee and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring all stock levels are monitored and managed efficiently.
• Warehousing Operations : Manage daily warehousing operations including receiving, organizing, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Logistics Planning : Coordinate logistics and warehousing activities to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.
• Team Supervision : Supervise and guide warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures.
• Stock Planning : Plan and organize stock flow to meet business needs, including managing stock shortages and surpluses.
• Quality Control : Ensure all received and dispatched goods meet quality standards, and manage returns or discrepancies.
• Documentation and Reporting : Maintain thorough records of all inventory transactions and provide regular reports to management.
• Compliance and Safety : Ensure warehouse operations comply with safety standards and protocols, promoting a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within logistics or warehouse management.
• Skills : Proficient in logistics planning, stock control, and warehouse management.
• Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
• Physical Requirements : Ability to perform physically demanding tasks as needed.
• Soft Skills : Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
